When it comes to "returns" we are committed to providing our customers with the best customer service.
Return request made beyond 30 days of receiving will be refused. To contact us, click on the "contact us" link at the top of our website and include a reference to your order number as well as the reason why you wish to return the item. All returns or exchange request must be made within 30 days from shipped product.
You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without a RMA number will be refused. Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back. Your shoes must be sent back to us within 30 days after shipped package, pristine and not worn to qualify for a refund.
Please note that shipping is never refunded and a restocking fee of 20% may apply on non-damaged items that are returned.
Upon approval, we will provide you with the RMA number along with the address where to return the item. You will need to write the RMA number on the box and return it to the address provided. It is strongly recommended that you provide us with the tracking code from UPS or Fedex or USPS when returning an item so we can keep track of the shipment back to our warehouse. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of shipped product. Fulfillment mistakes that make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date the product was shipped.
A refund will then be issued as per our return policy once the item is received.
