We use the UPS, FEDEX, DHL, E-Packet or USPS depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking code once your order is shipped so you can track your order up until delivery.

Flat Rate Shipping takes about 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries in the world. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.
For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
Shipping is not refundable on returns.

Return request made beyond 30 days of receiving will be refused. To contact us, click on the "contact us" link at the top of our website and include a reference to your order number as well as the reason why you wish to return the item. All returns or exchange request must be made within 30 days from shipped product.
You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without a RA number will be refused. Contact us for a return number RA before sending the item back. Your shoes must be sent back to us within 30 days after shipped package, pristine and not worn to qualify for a refund.
Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
Returns and sipment mistakes also require a RMA number.
Software, video games, Perfume and Cologne are not returnable or refundable due to the nature of these product.
